These Terms of Service govern the use of “iam-pilot.com” (the “Site”) operated by SMART FLIGHT Co., Ltd. (the “Company”). By accessing or using the Site, all users (“User”) are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

The Site is operated for the purpose of supporting pilot careers, providing aviation-related information, and assisting with job placement.

Article 2 — Prohibited Activities

  • Interfering with the operation of the Site
  • Any other act deemed inappropriate by the Company

Article 3 — Disclaimer

  1. While the Company provides career support and aviation-related information through the Site, we do not guarantee employment, hiring, or the acquisition of any license or qualification.
  2. The Company bears no responsibility for any disputes or damages arising between Users and airlines, flight schools, employers, or other third parties.
  3. The Company also bears no responsibility for the process or outcome of visa applications, license conversions, travel arrangements, or relocation.

Article 4 — Paid Services

1. The Site may offer certain paid services.
2. Fees, service details, and refund policies for paid services are governed by the terms and guidelines specified for each individual service.

Article 5 — Suspension and Termination

The Company may suspend or terminate a User’s access without prior notice if any of the following applies:

  • The User is found to be affiliated with antisocial forces
  • The User engages in conduct seriously contrary to social norms or ethics
  • The User provides false information or uses the service for fraudulent purposes
  • The User violates these Terms

Article 6 — Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the content published on the Site — including text, images, videos, and software — belong to the Company or their respective rightful owners. Users may not reproduce, republish, or otherwise reuse such content without the Company’s prior written permission.
